Product recalls

General

What is a product recall?

A product recall is an action taken to remove a defective or potentially unsafe product from the market. Recalls occur when a product poses a risk to consumer health, safety, or regulatory compliance. They may be initiated voluntarily by the manufacturer or distributor, by Fullscript, or mandated by government agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), or Health Canada.

How Fullscript handles recalls

When a product is recalled, Fullscript will email you to summarize the issue and advise you on the next steps. If you have any questions about a product recalled from one of your orders, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to help.
