I’m a practitioner. Can I subscribe patients to auto refill on their behalf?

No, practitioners aren’t able to subscribe patients to auto refill on their behalf. Patients must set their own delivery schedules and confirm their payment method to authorize recurring charges.

You can encourage your patients to activate auto refills for their recommended products, by offering an Auto refill order discount (Auto refill & Save). This is an additional discount that only applies to scheduled auto refill orders.
