Updating your Autoship schedule and future Autoship orders

Making changes to Autoship schedule
You can modify Autoship schedule at any time from the Autoship page in your account. It’s important to note that changes won’t affect confirmed orders. Additionally, as we prioritize filling orders as quickly as possible, we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s placed.
Adding, editing, and deleting shipping addresses
You can manage shipping addresses for your Autoship orders from the Autoship page. The selected address (blue checkmark) is the address that future Autoship orders will ship to. Each line of the address has a 35-character limit, so you may need to abbreviate parts of your address if it exceeds this limit.
Adding a shipping address
To add a shipping address, click the +Add shipping address button. Then fill out the Add a new address modal, ensuring that no line exceeds 35 characters, and click Add address.
Editing or deleting a shipping address
To edit or delete a shipping address, select the options menu ( ), then click Edit or Delete. When editing, make changes to necessary fields and click select Save address to save your changes.
Currently, adding and editing Autoship addresses from the Orders page isn’t supported by the iOS app. To add or edit an existing address, log into your Fullscript account and access your Autoship page via a desktop or mobile browser. However, you can add a new Autoship address in the iOS app by selecting an Autoship frequency in the cart and completing your order. The shipping address used for your order will then be applied to your scheduled Autoship, but please note that this will only apply to the items for which you set a frequency.
Deleting a shipping address
To delete a shipping address from the iOS app:
- Go to your Orders ( ) screen.
- Tap Shipping and billing from the top of the screen.
- Then, tap Shipping addresses.
- Tap Edit from the top-right corner.
- Find the address you want to delete and tap the X.
- Finally, tap Confirm.
You can manage shipping addresses for your Autoship orders from the Autoship page. The selected address (blue checkmark) is the address that future Autoship orders will ship to. New addresses are automatically selected as the ship-to address for your future orders. Any new address you add will automatically be selected as the shipping address for upcoming orders.

- Then, tap + Add shipping address.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Finally, tap Add address.

Adding a payment method
Add a new payment method from the Autoship page by expanding the Shipping & billing menu ( ) and selecting +Add card under the Payment method section. Fill in the required fields, then select Add card to save your changes.

To remove a payment method:
- Go to the Autoship page.

Currently, adding credit cards isn’t supported by the iOS app. To add a credit card, log into your Fullscript account and access your Autoship page via a desktop or mobile browser.
Removing a payment method
To remove a payment method:
- Go to your Orders ( ) page.
- Tap Shipping and billing.
- Tap Credit cards and then Edit.
- Then, from the payment method you want to remove, tap the X.
- Lastly, tap Confirm.
Add a new payment method from the Autoship screen by expanding the Shipping & billing menu ( ) and tapping +Add card under the Payment method section. Fill in the required fields, then tap Add card to save your changes.
Removing a payment method
To remove a payment method:
- Go to the Autoship screen.
- Under the Payment method section, tap the options menu ( ) next to the payment method you want to remove, then tap Delete.
Skipping your next order
To skip an upcoming Autoship order, select Edit shipment on the Autoship page, then select Skip upcoming order.
To skip an upcoming Autoship order:
- Go to the Orders ( ) page.
- Tap on an upcoming scheduled Autoship and tap Reschedule.
- Then tap Skip your next shipment.
- Then, tap Save.
To skip an upcoming Autoship order, tap the options menu ( ) on the Autoship screen, then tap Skip upcoming order.
Rescheduling your next order
To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then click Reschedule order. Choose a future date, then select the Confirm button to submit. This action will update the shipment schedule for future orders.
To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order:
- Go to the Orders ( ) page.
- Tap on an upcoming scheduled Autoship and tap Reschedule.
- Then tap Select a specific date.
- From the calendar, select a new shipping date for your order.
- Then, tap Save.
The rescheduling action updates the shipment schedule for future orders.
To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order from the Autoship screen, tap the options menu ( ), then tap Reschedule order. Choose a future date, then tap the Confirm button to submit. This action will update the shipment schedule for future orders.
Editing your shipping frequency
You can change the shipping frequency of an Autoship order (multiple products), or individual products within your Autoship schedule. See the gif below for a walkthrough of both options or refer to the steps below.
To change the shipping frequency for an Autoship order:
- Select the Edit shipment menu, then Edit order frequency.
- Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes.
To change the shipping frequency for individual products:
- Click the product’s options menu ( ), then Edit frequency.
- Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes

- Tap on the scheduled Autoship, then Frequency.
- Then, select an interval from the Autoship frequency menu.

- Tap the product.
- Under Autoship details, tap the Autoship frequency menu and select an interval.

- Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then tap Update frequency to save your changes.
Editing your delivery method
You can change the delivery method of an Autoship order within your Autoship page.
To change the delivery method for an order:
- Select the Edit shipment menu, then Update delivery method.
- Select a delivery method from the menu, then select Update to save your changes.

To change the delivery method for an order:
- Select Delivery method ( ).
- Chose the delivery method you’d like for your scheduled Autoship.
- Click Save.
To change the delivery method for an order:
- Tap the autoship’s options menu ( ), then Update delivery method.
- Select a delivery method from the menu, then tap Update to save your changes.
Order now (place order immediately)
If you need products immediately, you can place a scheduled Autoship order directly from the Autoship page without rebuilding your cart.
To place an Autoship order earlier than scheduled:
- Go to the Autoship page.
- Select Edit shipment, then select Order now.
- Review your shipping and payment information, as well as your next Autoship refill date, and select Place order when you’re done.
If you’re using the iOS app and need certain products immediately, they should be added to your cart individually and placed as a separate order. Repeat the following steps for each scheduled Autoship product:
- Go to your Orders ( ) page.
- Tap on a scheduled Autoship.
- Tap the needed product and tap Add to cart.
If you need products immediately, you can place a scheduled Autoship order directly from the Autoship page without rebuilding your cart.
To place an Autoship order earlier than scheduled:
- Go to the Autoship screen.
- Tap the order’s options menu ( ), then Order now.
- Review your shipping and payment information, as well as your next Autoship refill date, and tap Place order when you’re done.
Canceling scheduled Autoship orders
To cancel your Autoship orders from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then Cancel Autoship.
Though optional, we encourage you to select a cancellation reason and any additional information (optional). When finished, select Cancel Autoship orders to confirm the cancellation. Please see Canceling your Autoship order for more information.
To cancel your Autoship orders from the Orders ( ) page, tap on a scheduled Autoship, tap Delete Autoship, and then tap Delete to confirm.
