SNP Therapeutics provides screening tests to identify genetic variants causing disorders in nutrient metabolism. With genetic testing, SNP Therapeutics seeks to identify subpopulations who can benefit from nutritional therapies. Key Features of SNP Therapeutics
The Genate Test: Pre-Natal Precision Nutrition:
A comprehensive genetic test to provide women with information regarding their ability to metabolize 1-carbon nutrients and fatty acids.
The Genate Test, uses a proprietary algorithm to assess over 300 SNPs in 5 critical metabolic pathways including:
- Phosphatidylcholine Synthesis
- Choline Metabolism
- Methylation
- Methylfolate metabolism
- Fatty Acid Metabolism.
The Genate Report provides a personal genetic profile score to each of your patients with low, medium, and high risk for nutritional deficiencies and abnormalities in each one-carbon metabolic pathway tested.
Each patient’s Genate Test and Report provide information on the SNPs identified and their impact on metabolism of the following nutrients: choline, folate, DHA, betaine, A, B6, B12, C, D, K, riboflavin, calcium, iron, and magnesium.

Setting up the SNP Therapeutics + Fullscript Integration
To set up your integration between SNP Therapeutics and Fullscript:
- Log into SNP Therapeutics, click on Profile on the top main navigation.
- Click on Connect My Fullscript Account button to begin the integration.
- The page will redirect, and then you’ll be prompted to sign up or sign in to a Fullscript account.
- After signing up or logging in, complete the step by clicking the Agree button.
- The page will return to the SNP portal, and you’ll receive a notice confirming that your connection to Fullscript was successful.
Creating a Fullscript plan in SNP Therapeutics
To create a Fullscript supplement plan using your new integration:
- Find the patient by using the search bar and click View Details to proceed.
- After selecting the patient, a drawer will open from the left with the patient’s details. Click View Provider Report to enter the patient’s profile.
- Click the Treatment Plan icon on the left-side panel to access the embedded treatment plan tool.
- Click Recommend with Fullscript.
- The Fullscript supplement plan tool will load as an embedded tool. Practitioners can add products, attach resources, include a personal message and send the treatment plans when complete.
- After successfully completing the supplement plan, the user will see a confirmation message as well as the View plain text button.
