Shipping heat-sensitive products
The durability of heat-sensitive products
Most heat-sensitive products are designed to withstand typical shipping conditions and don’t need cold packs. If a manufacturer specifies that a product needs a cold pack, it may thaw during transit. Even when thawed, it will still help keep the package cooler than outside temperatures and keep your product safe.
Long-term storage is key to maintaining product quality and efficacy. Always check the product label for specific storage instructions.
Ordering heat-sensitive products
Heat-sensitive products are clearly labeled on the platform, ensuring you’re aware of their special handling and storage needs. This promotes safe and effective use while maintaining product quality.

To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your order early in the week (Monday/Tuesday) to prevent extended transit times over weekends when couriers may not deliver. Priority shipping is recommended, but not required.
Packing your heat-sensitive order
Our warehouse pays special attention to the packing rules for all products we ship in accordance with our supplement quality control standards. This may include shipping a product in an insulated cooler bag or sectioning the product off from the other item in the package so it stays close of any cold packs added to your shipment.
Storing heat-sensitive products at home
While the packaging for shipping is important for your heat-sensitive item, long-term storage is by far the most significant factor.
The following are general guidelines that we suggest you follow:
- Follow the storage instructions on the bottle – not all heat-sensitive products need refrigeration.
- Moisture leads to mold – leave cotton balls or silicon packets inside the bottle.
- Close the lids on all containers tightly.
- Avoid storage in the bathroom or near the stove in the kitchen.
