Scheduling a blood draw in Arizona

  1. In the Labs section, find your test and choose View Details.
  2. Click Book appointment.

  1. This will bring you to Quest’s website. Click Schedule appointment to begin the process.

  1. A pop-up will appear prompting you to sign in to your account. Click Continue as a guest.

  1. In the next screen click asking about reason for visiting, select All Other Tests.
Where to select all other tests, it's the last option.
  1. Enter your zip code or location and view your local Quest locations sorted by distance. Each location will include the street addressphone number, and a link to the “Schedule on Sonora website.”
  1. Scroll down and select “Patient” to be brought to the patient portal.
  1. Next, click on “Schedule Appointments.”
  1. In the required fields available after clicking “Schedule Appointments,” select “Routine Labs” for the type of appointment and type in your zip code in the “Find locations near” field. Once these are filled out, select “Check Availability and Schedule.”

Tip!

If you would like to schedule an appointment with Getlabs, a service that will come to you for an added fee, click on the “Schedule a Getlabs appointment” button above the “Check Availability and Schedule” button.

  1. From there, you will be provided with a list of the closest Sonora Quest Laboratories locations and times to choose from. Select a time by clicking on it and click “Confirm.”
  1. From here, you will need to create an account. Fill out the required information indicated by an asterisk and then click “Create New Patient Account.”
  1. Log in with the credentials you just created.
  2. From there, you will be prompted to review your appointment’s location and date/time. The checkboxes allow you to make the appointment recurring, and you can opt-in for text reminders. Once you have confirmed that everything looks correct, select “Schedule Appointment.”

All lab testing on Fullscript is cash-pay only and is not reimbursable with insurance. This includes direct insurance reimbursement and retroactive reimbursement through a Superbill.

Fullscript doesn’t determine HSA/FSA eligibility for lab tests. Patients should check with their plan administrator to confirm HSA/FSA coverage.

  1. If everything was done correctly, you should receive a confirmation screen letting you know that your appointment was successfully scheduled.
