Submitting a request

If you’d like to submit a brand or product for our consideration:

  1. If we add a brand you’ve requested, we’ll send you an email once it’s available.

The brand review process

To be considered for inclusion in the Fullscript catalog, brands need to submit an application using the link above. Once completed, brands will receive a decision within six weeks.

Consideration criteria

Although we are accepting new brands, we are very selective due to significant product coverage and SKU overlap in our existing catalog. While we strive to offer a comprehensive selection, we aim to avoid overwhelming practitioners with too many similar products. However, we are open to adding new brands that are in-demand, offer unique products, or present compelling strategic opportunities for us. There are several criteria that we evaluate when reviewing brands; here are a few key considerations:

  • The brand’s contact manufacturer must be GMP certified.
  • The brand should be highly requested by practitioners.
  • Products should have clinical validation and unique, novel ingredients backed by science and clinical studies.
  • The brand must be 3rd party certified (US Only).
  • Have we received numerous practitioner requests for this brand or product?

Brand applications

Brands can apply by completing the new brand application form. Their request will be sent directly to our supplier team for triage and processing. Learn more.

Patient requests

Patients should be encouraged to submit brand or product requests through their practitioners.
