The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strikers returned to work on December 17. While they address a significant backlog, we’re collaborating with our couriers to optimize shipping.

How the strike impacts your Fullscript orders

While Canada Post resumes operations, we’re shipping orders with the best available option. For now, orders should arrive within 1–5 business days of their ship date.

Temporary removal of priority shipping

We’ve temporarily removed priority shipping as we can’t guarantee the 1–3 business day delivery window with our courier partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore this option as soon as possible.
