Order cancellations and modification requests
Overview
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there’s only a short window to modify or cancel them after they’re placed. Be sure to review your cart carefully before ordering.
Order cancellations
Orders are quickly sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. In most cases, that means we’re unable to support cancellations and changes to orders once they’re placed.

Item changes and modifications
Orders are immediately sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. That means we often can’t change the products and quantities in an order once it’s been placed. Please contact our support team if you’re looking to modify an order.
Adding products to an order
Unfortunately, we can’t add items to an order once it’s placed. To make up for additional shipping charges on your next order, you can contact us to have a shipping credit of the same value applied to your account for your next purchase. To qualify, please ensure that the new order:
- Is placed within 24 hours of the original order,
- Has the same shipping method selected for the original order; and,
- Is shipping to the same shipping address as the original order.

If there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us with the correct address as soon as possible.
