Labs age and state restrictions

During our initial launch for labs, there are both age and state restrictions that may change over the coming months. If you have any questions about these initial restrictions please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help. 

Age restrictions

Labs are currently only available to adult patients ages 18 and older. 

State restrictions

Labs are available for patients located in the US, except in the following states: NY, NJ, RI, and HI. Patients in offshore US territories aren’t currently eligible for labs.
