I’m a practitioner. Why do I need to agree to MAP agreements?

MAP (minimum advertised price) agreements are pricing and resale requirements passed on from our suppliers that must be accepted to purchase products at their wholesale rate.

MAP agreements are specifically for Fullscript wholesale purchases – they don’t need to be accepted to prescribe products to your patients.

We’ll notify you of any necessary agreements through a pop-up modal as you add products to your shopping cart. In this modal, you can conveniently review and accept/sign the agreement before proceeding to checkout.

Alternatively, you can go to Wholesale policies to read and agree to any MAP policies for brands that you, or your staff, will be ordering from.

Note:

MAPs can only be accepted by dispensary owners who maintain primary responsibility for the dispensary.
