I’m a practitioner. Where do I find my T4A?
We’ll issue you a T4A if you received a minimum of $500 in payouts (before taxes) during the tax year. Your T4A can be downloaded from the Reports page and are made available sometime between late January to early February following the end of a tax year. T4As are filed with the CRA.
