I’m a practitioner. How do I update my financial address?
Dispensary owners can update the financial address of a dispensary by navigating to the Payouts and tax page (US accounts) or the Payments page (Canadian accounts).
Under Financial address, enter the new address and remember to hit Save changes at the bottom of the page for the changes to take effect.
Note:
Your financial address is required to set up your dispensary. It’s used to issue tax forms at the end of the year (if eligible) and to verify your identity with our payment processor if you choose to make a profit. We may also refer to your address to authenticate you and verify credentials to allow sales through your dispensary.
