I’m a practitioner. How do I resend a notification for a multi-patient plan?
To resend notifications for an existing multi-patient plan:
- Remove access to the plan for all patients and Save.
- Next, select the groups or specific patients you’d like to have access to the plan.
- Select the Email patients with access checkbox.
- Click Update plan.
All patients with access to the plan will receive an email notification that a new community plan is available.
