I’m a practitioner. Can I subscribe patients to autoship on their behalf?

No, practitioners aren’t able to subscribe patients to autoship on their behalf. Patients must set their own delivery schedules and confirm their payment method to authorize recurring charges.

You can encourage your patients to activate Autoship for their recommended products, by offering an Autoship order discount (Autoship & Save). This is an additional discount that only applies to scheduled autoship orders.
