I’m a practitioner. Can I change discount/margin settings for Fullscript-run patient promotions?
You can modify your promotional discount, but you can’t do it after the deadline or during an ongoing sale. We’ll communicate deadlines in emails and announcements leading up to a promotion. Before the deadline, your discount can be changed on the Patient promotions page in Dispensary settings.
Note:
Patient savings (%) are in addition to the current dispensary discount and individual patient discounts. Changes to your dispensary discount impact your profit margin and earnings.
