I’m a patient. How do I place an order?

First, you need an invitation to join Fullscript or access to your healthcare professional’s unique sign-up URL. Click here to check for a pending invitation, or speak to your provider today to request access to Fullscript.

To refill or place an order:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Add products to your cart from a plan or the Catalog (if available in your account).
  3. Select the cart ( ) and then Continue to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping address, then Continue to delivery method.
  5. Select a Delivery method, then Continue to payment method. 
  6. Add a new card or select a saved payment method. Digital wallet options are also supported.
  7. Edit your billing address if different from your shipping address. 
  8. When finished, click Place your order.

Your payment method will be charged immediately and an email confirmation will be sent to your email address if your order was successful. Check your spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.
