I’m a patient. How do I add a new payment method to my account?

There are two available options for adding a new payment method to your patient account:

  1. Through checkout: As you place your next order, you can add a new credit card under the Payment page in checkout.
  2. From the Auto refills page: if you have an active auto refill, navigate to your Auto refills page and add a new payment method via the menus on the right-hand side.

Note:

Unfortunately, saved credit cards can’t be updated. Instead, you’ll want to remove the expired card and add the new one to your account using one of the options above.
