Continue using Fullscript as a provider
Already have a patient account but want to use Fullscript as a provider? No problem! To start dispensing to patients or purchasing wholesale products, log out of your patient account and sign up for a provider account. You’ll need to upload your healthcare credentials to complete your account.

Creating a new provider account (new dispensary)
When signing up for a provider account, you’ll be guided through the onboarding process where you can select your dispensing preferences, enter your contact information, upload your healthcare credentials, and choose your account type (profit or non-profit). If you’re creating a profit dispensary, you’ll also need to provide bank account information for direct deposit payouts.
‘Email already taken’ message when signing up
If you see an “Email already taken” message, it means the email address is linked to an existing Fullscript account and can’t be used again.
You can use the same email for both a patient and provider account, but the provider account must be created first. If you already have a patient account, you can either use a different email for the provider account or update the email on your patient account to free it up.
