How do I cancel my scheduled auto refills?
To cancel your scheduled auto refills:
- Go to the Auto refills page and click the Edit shipment menu. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ).
- Select Cancel auto refills.
- Optional: Select a reason and provide more details about the cancellation. Your feedback helps inform future improvements.
- When finished, select Cancel auto refills.
Note:
Canceling auto refills after an order has been placed does not cancel the order.
