Fullscript mobile app
Overview
Introducing Fullscript’s mobile app for patients! A more convenient way to order the supplements you need anytime, from anywhere. With the Fullscript app for iOS and Android, you can:
- Easily access all of the details in your plan, including any messages from your practitioner, recommended supplements, and dosage instructions.
- Access your order history to make refilling quick while you’re on the go.
- Filter by brand, supplement type, or your practitioner’s favorites to find the supplements you need fast.
Downloading mobile app
The mobile app is available for patient use. Download the iOS app from the Apple store or the Android app from the Google play store and discover an even more convenient way to stay adherent to your supplement plan.
Signing into the mobile app
Patients should use the same credentials to log into the mobile or web applications. If you’ve received an invite to Fullscript or typically log in without a password, you may be prompted to use an instant link to access your account.
Installing mobile app updates
As we roll out new versions and features to the mobile app, you’ll receive notifications that an update is available to download.
Troubleshooting mobile app issues
Follow some of these troubleshooting tips if you’re experiencing issues with the mobile app, including crashing or freezing:
- Check you have the most recent app version installed.
- Check that you’re running on iOS 13 or newer on iOS devices, Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or newer for other devices.
- Try closing and re-opening the app.
- On iOS: quit the app by swiping the bottom of the screen, swiping right or left to find the app, and then swiping up on the app’s preview to close the app.
- On Android: Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app you’d like to close.
- Try deleting the app from your mobile device and then reinstall it.
- On iOS: touch and hold the app, then tap remove app. After that, tap delete app, and delete again to confirm.
- On Android: find the app in the Play store. Open the app’s display page, then tap Uninstall.
