Accessing lab results

Overview

As soon as your testing results are available, you’ll have access to them right in your Fullscript account. This includes partial results from labs that provide them. Note that sample processing times vary for each lab company based on the type of tests you ordered. You’ll receive an email notification from us as soon as your provider has reviewed the final results and shared them with you.

Viewing your results

1. Login to your Fullscript account.
2. Go to My Health.
3. Click on Labs.
4. Find the current status next to each test. You will see Results available or Partial results available when results are ready. 
5. Click View details to navigate to the results and click View results
