Catalog favorites and categories

Overview

Use Favorites to write plans even faster! Depending on your catalog permissions, favorites can help your patients self-serve and order from your go-to products. Plus, maintaining favorites is a breeze, as products can be added and removed from categories while writing plans in the supplement plan tool and browsing the Catalog.

Viewing your favorites in the supplement plan tool

Prevent repetitive searches for products you recommend often. Taking the time to set up your favorites and categories will make writing plans easier and save precious time.

Managing your favorites while building a plan

Manage favorites where you interact with products most – while building a supplement plan. Create new categories, add or remove products from categories, and browse favorited products from the catalog in the supplement plan tool.

To browse your favorites while writing a plan, click the Favorites tab.

To favorite products while writing a plan:

1. Hover your cursor over the product you’d like to add to your favorites and click the More options ( ) button.
2. Click Add to favorites, then select the category you’d like to add the product to.

Managing favorites in the catalog

Manage your frequently recommended products and categories from Favorites, accessible from the Catalog menu.

To create new categories from the Favorites page, click Create new category in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

To add new products to categories while browsing the catalog:

1. Use the search function to find the product you’d like to add to your favorites.
2. Hover your cursor over the product card, then click on the More options ( ) button.
3. Click Add to favorites, then select the category you’d like to add the product to.

Navigating wholesale favorites

Your wholesale favorites are the same as your favorites in the patient catalog, but there are some important things to note when viewing favorites under the Wholesale heading. 

To access wholesale favorites and add them to your wholesale cart:

1. Click Catalog under the Wholesale heading in the navigation bar, and then click Favorites.

2. Select a category from the Categories box, then select a product.
3. Click Add to cart to add the product to your wholesale cart.

All of the products added to your favorites will appear in Favorites under both the Patient plans and Wholesale headings. However, some of products you’ve favorited may not be available for wholesale purchase. In these cases, you’ll see Unavailable for wholesale on the product display page, instead of the Add to cart button.

Deleting & managing favorites

Manage your favorites and favorites categories from the Favorites page, which you can find by clicking Catalog in the navigation bar, then clicking Favorites.

Deleting a favorites category

To delete a favorites category:

1. Click Catalog to find the Favorites tab.

2. Once you’re on the Favorites page, click the All favorites dropdown at the top of the page to find your list of categories.

3. Select a category from the list to open it. Once opened, you can remove products, rename the category, or delete the category.

Removing a single item from favorites

To remove a single item from a favorites category:

1. Click Catalog to find the Favorites tab.

2. Once you’re on the Favorites page, click the All favorites dropdown at the top of the page to find your list of categories.

3. Select a category from the list to open it.

4. Find the product you’re looking to delete, then click the More options ( ) button.
5. Uncheck the box next to the category you’re removing it from.
