Canceling scheduled auto refills

How to cancel scheduled auto refills 

These instructions will help you cancel auto refill orders that haven’t been placed. Confirmed orders can’t be canceled but may be eligible for return. Please see our Return policy for more information.

To cancel scheduled auto refill orders:

  1. Tap Orders ( ) from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap on an upcoming auto refill
  3. Tap the Next order box.

  4. Tap Delete auto refill.

  5. Then, confirm by tapping Delete.

Note: 

Deleting auto refill schedules won’t cancel orders already in progress.

 

Skip an upcoming auto refill order

If you’d like to postpone your next auto refill order:

  1. Tap Orders ( ) from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap on an upcoming auto refill.
  3. Tap the Next order box.
    Tap Next Order
  4. Tap Reschedule.
    Reschedule
  5. Select Skip your next shipment.
    Skip next shipment.
  6. Click Save.

To cancel scheduled auto refills:

  1. Go to the Auto refills page.
    The Auto refills tab.
  2. Click the Edit shipment menu.
  3. Select Cancel auto refills.

  4. Select a cancellation reason to tell us why you’re canceling auto refills (optional), then select Cancel auto refills.

Note:

Cancelling auto refills won’t cancel orders already in progress.

  2. Go to the Auto refills page.

  3. Tap the Edit ( ) menu for the scheduled auto refill you’d like to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel auto refills.

  5. Select a cancellation reason to tell us why you’re canceling auto refills(optional), then tap Cancel auto refills.

Removing products from auto refills

To remove a product from auto refill:

  1. Go to your Orders ( ) page.
  2. Tap on an auto refill schedule that contains the product you want to remove.
  3. Tap on the product
  4. Tap Remove from auto refills.

Note:

Removing products from auto refills won’t remove them from an order that has already been placed.

To remove a product from auto refills, go to the Auto refills page, click the options menu ( ) on the product card, and select Remove. Select a reason and add additional comments to help us improve the auto refill service, then click Cancel auto refills to confirm.

Reactivating auto refills

If you cancel your auto refills, you can reactivate them at any time. A reminder that we’ll need:

  1. The products and quantities you’d like shipped;
  2. Your preferred shipping frequency;
  3. Your preferred delivery method;
  4. Your shipping address;
  5. Your payment information.
