Canada Post strike
Patients
Overview
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on strike as of Friday, November 15th. All orders shipping within Canada will ship with UPS standard (1-5 business days) until Canada Post operations resume.
How the strike impacts new Canadian orders
In response to the potential Canada Post strike, we’re upgrading all orders shipping within Canada to UPS Standard (1-5 business days). This change is effective immediately for all outgoing shipments.
Please note that UPS isn’t able to deliver to PO boxes, so we can’t fulfill orders to PO box addresses in Canada at this time.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and plan to provide updates as they become available. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need help updating your address.
How the strike impacts existing Canadian orders
Orders to addresses within Canada began shipping with UPS when the CUPW gave their 72-hour notice on Wednesday, November 13th. We don’t expect any service disruptions for existing orders.
If your order shipped via Canada Post and hasn’t arrived yet, please contact our support team.
