Canada Post strike

Overview

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on strike as of Friday, November 15th. All orders shipping within Canada will ship with UPS until Canada Post operations resume.

We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need help updating your address.

How the strike impacts your Fullscript orders

In response to the Canada Post strike, we’re routing all orders shipping within Canada to UPS until further notice. Orders are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days from the order’s ship date.

Temporary removal of priority shipping

We’ve temporarily removed priority shipping as a shipping option as we’re unable to guarantee the 1-3 business day delivery window with our alternate courier partners at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore this option as soon as we can.

PO box shipping disruption

We’re currently unable to ship orders to PO box addresses due to the pause of Canada Post operations. Please provide a street address when possible.
