Can I change or cancel my order?
We immediately send orders to our warehouses so they can be picked and packed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that means we’re unable to support cancelations or changes to orders once they’re placed.
If you’re looking to cancel a scheduled auto refill, you can do so from the Auto refills page in your patient account.
