An introduction to AcuBliss

AcuBliss is an EHR and practice management solution hyper-focused on the needs of Acupuncturists and Herbalists. Designed by medical professionals in the field, they took charting seriously and worked tirelessly to iron out friction points found when managing a medical practice.

Integration setup: AcuBliss + Fullscript

The AcuBliss integration with Fullscript uses oAuth to set up and activate the integration.

Each user (provider) on AcuBliss can integrate with their Fullscript dispensary or sub-practitioner account.

To set up the AcuBliss and Fullscript integration:

1. Log in to AcuBliss.
2. In the top navigation menu, click Settings, then select Intakes.

   

3. Under Practitioner Intakes, scroll down to Fullscript connection and select Connect with Fullscript.

   

4. Follow the prompts to sign in/sign up and click Agree to the permissions presented. You’ll be redirected to the success screen in AcuBliss.

   

Creating a Fullscript recommendation in AcuBliss

The AcuBliss integration with Fullscript uses the Fullscript.js embeddable component to write recommendations.

To create a recommendation:

1. Navigate to any patient under the Patients tab or via the patient search field.

   

2. Select Prescriptions from the left-hand navigation, then click Add prescription with Fullscript.

   

3. This will load the embeddable component and provide you with the ability to find or add the patient in Fullscript and complete a Fullscript recommendation. This functions exactly like the Fullscript treatment plan tool in your Fullscript dispensary. You can add products from the catalog, your favorites categories, apply protocols, and customize dosage instructions to write the recommendation. Once finalized, click Send recommendation.

   

4. The browser will automatically refresh to show the new recommendation under the Prescriptions tab.

   

AcuBliss patient experience

Patients can log in to their AcuBliss patient portal to view their Fullscript prescriptions, then navigate to Fullscript to place an order.

To access their Fullscript prescriptions, patients will:

1. Log in to their AcuBliss patient portal.
2. From the left-hand Account panel, select the Fullscript prescriptions tab.
3. Here they can review recommended products and dosage instructions, then click See this treatment plan in Fullscript to access the Fullscript patient portal to place an order.
