A product I ordered is on backorder. When will it ship?

Typically, products that are temporarily out of stock are replenished within 10-14 business days.

US orders

US customers can order backordered products having confidence that product(s) will ship if they’re back in stock within 21 calendar days of the purchase date. If products aren’t fulfilled within 21 days, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you by email.

Canadian orders

Backorders aren’t supported for Canadian orders. If an item is out of stock while your order is being packed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method automatically.
